    Only reason 1 star is had toark something. Absolutely horrible experience, will not now nor ever use this company. They are contracted to do installs thru Lowes homr improvement. Well they came out 90 minutest late for an install. Now they called not once but twice to schedule this appt time. So after late show the installer took one look at our old water heater said he couldn't do this today by himself that his company would need to get approval from Lowes to obtain funding for a second person to assist installation. We would be responsible to pay for second installer if we wanted it installed So no install. Next I waited a few days contacted Lowes to follow up check status. Well apparently installer took pictures sent them to Lowes saying he felt wiring was melted or burnt and felt it needed to be rewired as he felt it was what was called knob and tube wiring. He never told us his customers Lowes proceeded to backtrack on what they stated and informed us they did not feel it was safe and they would not be unable to install and gave us two options . 1. Refund install fee we keep water heater. 2. They refund 100% and come pick up the purchased one. We opted for full refund. We contacted Local plumber and had a new hot water heater installed 2 days later. They stated it was NOT knob and tube wiring, and no wiring was needed at all. In fact 3 hours from show time to they walked out the door cleaned up and done. We feel Watson employee just didn't want to do the job and they were just wanting more money above what was contracted already

    Had Brent install dishwasher yesterday. He had to put in a shut-off valve before he could complete job. He did a great job and was very polite. Will definitely be using Watson again.

    This company installed a new hot water heater in my house. Upon completion of install my kitchen faucet stopped working. This is an extremely common problem. When my wife asked the plumber about the issue he told her that he did not have time to look into the problem and that she would need to call to make an appointment to have it fixed. The next day she called and was told this was a pre-existing condition and that they would charge us $75/hour to come BACK to investigate OR that we should go purchase a new kitchen faucet. Turns out the debris filter in the faucet was plugged, a 1 min fix. From what I have learned this is an extremely common problem after a water heater replacement, it should almost be expected. The fact that the plumber could not even recommend this to us or take the 1 min to fix it is really disappointing. Instead they wanted us to pay at the minimum another $75 seems like a money grab, and terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company after this experience.
