  This company is full of Rockstars!!!! I had issues with a well leak for about two months. I called Boothes Plumbing to have someone take a look. They came out and said they couldn’t find a leak so they would need to disconnect the current pipe to my house and lay a new one. This would cost me $6k. I decided to get a second opinion and called another Well company. They at first seemed to be really professional and said they would call me back the following week. They never did and I had to follow up. Then when I did he had no clue who I was and then was really wishy washy about everything. I decided to call Watson Pump and Well. Vicky answered and I told her my whole sob story and she was just amazing. She took my information but informed me it would be a week before they could get out. Later that night Vicky called me again and said Mr.Watson had time the following day to come out. Vicky called me the next day to tell me the time they would arrive and even called me again to tell me they were running 10 minutes late. Mr.Watson checked for the leak and found that it was a fitting that had a hole. He replaced it within an hour! Mr.Watson and Andy fixed my problem for less than $400! This company truly made my day to the point it brought me to tears. It’s not everyday a company goes above and beyond but Watson Pump and Well truly did! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone for their well needs. Fantastic job!!!

  We were extremely pleased with the service and responsiveness of the Watson and Johnson well company. They rearranged their schedule to quickly replace a well pump and restore water in our home. Additionally, they are delightful people and I learned a lot about wells in SMD.
