  My second experience with Watkins was much better than the first. The first time they came out, the gentleman did not do anything to try and help us with our clogged pipe(s). He didn’t give us any alternative suggestions as to what can be done, he instead left with us being disappointed not wanting Watkins to come out ever again. This is all through our home warranty too. So, the issue continued and we needed Watkins to come out due to the equipment they had. Our toilets were clogging whenever the washer or dishwasher were running. Watkins then sent out Robert, who did a GREAT JOB! He knew what needed to be done and sent a repair request to the home warranty company immediately. Knowing what needed to be done, he made sure the request was approved because we have a newborn. That means a lot to me. And I’ll definitely remember that the next time. I felt comfortable leaving him home with my wife and newborn. He was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommended Watkins and request Robert whenever you do. Thank you, Robert!

  My kitchen sink sprang a leak, and these are the guys I called. They were responsive, communicative and made me feel like the job was important to them. In these days where it's so hard to find anyone who understand the importance of customer service, this is very refreshing. The dispatcher and tech (Robert), deserve special note! Great job and keep up the super attitude!

  Great experience with Watkins the second time around. The first time a different gentleman came out and didn’t do anything to help us with our pipes being clogged, nor did he offer any alternatives. Robert came out this time and immediately told us what needed to be done and sent a repair request to our home warranty company. He went above and beyond to make sure we got our issue fixed. He cleaned up after himself as well. He was very knowledgeable and professional and I’ll definitely request him next time if we have any more issues. Thank you, Robert!
