  This is the 3rd time we've used Waters and we were totally satisfied every time. First was to leak check and charge an owner installed mini-split, second was to service and charge our old outdated ac just to get us through the summer, and most recent was to replace the old system. Polite, courteous, on time, keep you informed every step of the way and very thorough. Also very helpful in choosing a higher efficiency system which can be controlled and monitored with a cell phone from anywhere. Highly recommended.

  They installed new tankless water heater today! They were very professional, courteous, excellent workers. friendly and did a great job! Their names were Nick, Areian and Justin! I would recommend this company to all my. friends.

  Waters Plumbing and HVAC installed an entire Heating/Air conditioning system in our house in east Sonora in December 2021. The office staff, Courtney and Debbie are extremely polite and professional, always answered the phone or immediately returned all my calls. Anthony came out, got vital information, explained in detail the pros and cons of all of the options and systems available to us. Once we made our choice, Anthony engineered our system. Kelly, Aaron and Anthony completed the project on time with very little inconvenience to us. It was a very involved, time consuming project. They are personable, professional and extremely considerate of us and did a great job. They were on time every day, left no mess, and minimized any impact to us. I highly recommend this company and employees to anyone considering an HVAC system. We are very pleased with having chosen this company and what they did for us.
