  Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have had with a contractor working on one of my properties. They were sub contracted to do a quote and once on-site they never made contact to give a quote or have a conversation with me as the owner. They did unauthorized work with ZERO communication. I found out the next day from my tenant that the work was completed and I had never approved anything to be completed. The manager, Matt, to his credit, actually did a good job of working with me at first but then just a few days later the pipe they had just repaired a few days earlier burst again. This made me question the quality of their work. After contacting them again to try to get things resolved I was told I was 'nickel and diming' them and I should find another company to work with. Worst experience with a professional company since I started in Real Estate.
