I have been a long time customer of Water Works in Harrisonburg. I had the Kinetico water system in my previous home and enjoyed the soft water and the maintenance free system. You do have to add the special salt, but that's it. In October, I moved to a new home where the water is very hard. Quickly, I could see the chlorine build up on the glass shower door and my Keurig coffee pot started acting up. Needless to say, I also started having dry skin issues. I contacted Mark at Water Works. He was instrumental in arranging to have a Kinetico water system installed in my new home and the service guy who did the installation was awesome! Mark also followed up to make sure the installation went well and to see that I was satisfied with my new water system. I would highly recommend Water Works in Harrisonburg not only for their great product but also their awesome customer service!

Very, very impressed by the amount of knowledge of water systems. Bob came to our home for a consult and provided a number of possible solutions to our water problems. He provided answers about our water issues, where plumbers have failed time and time again in the past. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Water Works installed a new Kinetico water softener system as our old one was ancient and barely functioning. Their service was quick, but thorough and the fitter left our basement spick and span. We are very happy with the service and the new system, our water flow is amazing compared to what it was before. Would totally recommend this company.
