  We’re pleased with our newly installed bathtub/shower fixtures from Water Tite. Keith is very personable, communicated with us by phone prior to his visit yesterday, listened to what our situation was (leaky tub faucet; old plumbing), and offered several solutions. He replaced our 30+ year-old system and today we had a chance to use it. It involves some getting used to the new fixtures (very pretty) but it works and our annoying, leaky/drippy problem is a thing of the past! Thanks, Keith, for your good work on our behalf.

  Giving a 4star right now. They came last week and fixed a leak under kitchen sink. They were great, even was able to come same day. But it's now leaking again, called a couple times. He said he could send someone this afternoon, but told them I have an appt. Waiting on a response back. I also asked if he could call me as I had another plumbing issue and wanted to get his opinion, and no call back as of yet. Will update once the leak is fixed again. Update: they did end up coming back the next morning. It just took a bit for a response as they were at another appt. Also had them snake the drains which helped. Do appreciate how they were able to fit me in and get it taken care of.

  Keith and his crew are professional and knowledgeable and get the job done quickly and efficiently definitely would recommend to anyone looking for plumbing needs
