  I initially spoke with John, who did a great job of sorting through my needs/wants and options. He got me scheduled and clearly communicated the plan to the person doing my install - Bruce. Bruce showed up promptly, was professional and really friendly. He efficiently installed a new water heater for me and removed the older model I had been using. He showed me what needs to be done for simple yearly maintenance, and filed my rebate paperwork for me. I was very pleased with the quality and speed of the work, but even more so his professionalism and friendliness. I would highly recommend.

  Thanks Matt! Bruce has been a friend and mentor to me for many years. Friendliest person alive actually!! I am very honored to have offered him post-retirement employment. He has been with us 3 years and is an amazing asset. He always wanted to be a field technician and he is one of 13 people that make this company a great place.

  Great, fast, reliable, and responsible service. Most important, within very reasonable prices vs. competitors. I replaced my water heater tank in the middle of an emergency and Water Heater Now! was able to give me a very accurate quote over the phone and install a new tank within less than 24h. The technician Bruce was extremely professional! I would highly recommend this company for any issues related to water heaters.

  We reached out to Water Heater Now as our water heater broke in the middle of the cold weather. John was very professional in explaining us the options. He also arranged the replacement the very same day. Bruce was the tech assigned to our job and he showed up on time. He performed an excellent job and was very careful and prepped the whole area with rugs to leave everything clean. Bruce was very thorough with his work. Even though it was getting late he still took time in explaining the whole maintenance process. I would strongly recommend both John and Bruce as they both were excellent in handling our job and are highly professional in dealing.
