  Joe and Len were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They promptly diagnosed our issues and explained our options in a way I could easily understand. Everything was fixed and back to normal. Even my german shepherd approved of these guys! I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!

  Joe was a pleasure to work with. He was on time and was very accommodating to my schedule. He made the experience feel like a good friend was providing the service rather than someone who is condescending as they are the expert. I highly encourage anyone who needs work on the water heater to call him first!

  I could not be happier with my recent experience with Water Heater Specialists of ND. When my water heater recently went out I expected the worst but one call to Water Heater Specialists put my worries at ease. They were responsive, easy to work with and reasonable! Their team was clean and professional, I couldn’t even tell they had been here. They even followed up with me the next day to ensure my satisfaction!
