  Steve is great. He responded to my call on Thanksgiving! He installed a new water heater the next day. His work was excellent and price was fair. He is courteous, professional and neat. I'll definitely use him again.

  Steve is OUTSTANDING! He is very competent, knowledgable, honest, and prompt. We cannot say enough great things about Steve and the work he does. We have used him for several years and he always does an exceptional job at a fair price. We highly recommend him for all of the above reasons.

  I finally threw in the towel. While a self-installed $10 part from Lowe's is better than a $100 bill from a plumber, there comes a point where one realizes that a $100 plumber's bill is preferable to thousands in water damage and in-the-wall plumbing damage. I crossed that point with a stubborn valve that wouldn't let go. I went down the list on a Saturday around noon and kept getting "after hours surcharges" or "available on or after Monday". The welcome exception was Wasatch Plumbing and Heating. Steve said he could be out in two hours, gave me a fair estimate, got the job done quickly and professionally.
