  We were assigned this company through Lowe’s. They had the wrong name and email. Scheduled us but didn’t call to let us know. Luckily I called and asked about scheduling. Come Friday, we got a text from Lowe’s saying our apt was rescheduled 10 days later than the original apt. We called this company they did not answer. Tried again on Saturday. No answer, no response to voicemail. Tried again Monday, and they still did not answer or respond to our voicemail. Today (Tuesday) I call and once again, no answer. My husband called from his phone and he answered just to angrily say he had to reschedule because he is working out of pocket for medical reasons and hung up on him. We have since made a complaint with Lowe’s and will not be using this plumbing service again.

  Warren's Plumbing installed two water heaters for us. Lou Warren was very cordial, competent, and willing to share his plumbing knowledge. At my request, he performed our job on a quoted hourly rate. This allowed me to drain our old water heaters (a time consuming task) and disconnect them in advance. He made a fair Master Plumber rate for the reduced time he needed to do a quality installation. We have a quality installation at a fair cost.

  Highly recommended! Good old fashioned honesty and integrity are a rare commodity nowadays. Lou has it and just installed a new high quality gas water heater in our house for a very reasonable price and did an excellent job. I have been ripped off in the past by ARS Rescue Rooter and other such big companies. Give him a call, he deserves your business and you will be glad you did.
