  You can't go wrong with this company. They are very professional and helpful throughout the process. If you want they will let you know the class of everything that needs to be done, and everything is fairly priced.

  They sent Luis out to clear a drain at a house I built. They charged $175.00 for this. He was under the house for about 45 minutes. He found a small rise in the drain pipe. I sent my plumber out to fix it but he was to large to reach the spot. I then called Warranted Plumbing back to have Luis do it. There charge was $750.00 to do no more than a 30 minute fix and the material was supplied. This is a complete RIP OFF AND COMPLETELY UNETHICAL. I would call another company to do your plumbing. Wake up and stop supporting companies that take advantage of your money and your lower knowledge of the trade.

  Hello Chad. We only provided you a free estimate and you do not pay anything for the repair. You think it is a high price for the job and you are entitled to that, however, you have to think about the access we will be working on and the material was not going to be provided from you or the homeowners ( we were going to provide the material) Like you mentioned in the review, your plumber was not able to repair the pipe due to the area where the problem is. The access is very tight. If a tech gets stuck in there for some reason or something happens, you will not respond. That is why this job will require two people. You mention in the review, you are the contractor that built the house but we do not know what type of plumbing was done if this is a new house, why the plumbing is required so soon. You mention, the job will be 45 minutes but why couldn’t your plumber do it in 45 minutes, for the same reason that the access is too small. Luis weighs more than 200 pounds and if he gets stuck nobody will help him out which will require an extra person with him. Like you mentioned on the review, there was not enough access. As a contractor you never thought in the future there would be a problem and you did not leave any access to go into that part of the house and now your plumber does not fit. Luis barley fits and he had to crunch up which had him in an uncomfortable position and he is afraid he will get stuck there which he will need another person to help. This is also another reason why our estimate we provided is $750 but then again it was only an estimate and you did not pay us. Also, the access that was built is not close since that is a big house. We hope you find something cheaper or that your plumber can go try and go under the house and fix it. But unfortunately, the estimate is the price for 2 people parts and labor to do the repair under the house that supposedly is a new house. But do not worry we will not service that house. Although, on November 3, 2020 the new homeowners were very happy with the job we had provided for them. That day, the new homeowner had requested us to get the garbage disposal beforehand from general plumbing to replace it. The cost of the garbage disposal was $308.59, and the installation cost was $250. We also ran the electrical snake machine about 75 feet for $250 and did the inspection under the house for the $175. The homeowners wanted us to make the repair when we were already there but we gave the option to the homeowners that they could call the contractor that built the house and they told us you were going to send another plumber to fix it. Now you give us a review for a simple estimate which you have the option to accept or deny if you were to pay for it but like the homeowners mentioned they liked the service we provided. We do not proceed with the job/ estimate unless someone signs a contract.   I've use Warranted Plumbing Services twice. Both times they sent Edwin to do the job. I won't use anyone else. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He installed new faucets for my bathroom sinks and replaced a faucet in my kitchen sink. I'd give him ten (10) Stars if I could!!!
