  Whenever I have called Mr. Ward for help, he gets back to me right away. He has fixed sewer line, installed water softener, and replaced a couple frost frees too. Very dependable and great work and very reasonable .

  I called Mike because he came recommend. I was told he would be out my way in the afternoon and would call when he is on the way. Great I thought, I have someone coming out to handle my septic problem. But the time came and went and this flake did not even have the courtesy to call me. I called him and left a message to please lt me know either way if he is still planning on coming out, but he never returned my call. I normally don't do reviews, but am tired of fellow Stevens County business owners being flakes and thinking it's ok. Would have had more respect for this clown if he told me he does not want my business. I suggest you look else where.

  We cannot thank him enough for saving us when our septic backed up earlier this month. It was quick, clean and a real nice guy ta-boot. Thank you again!
