This first experience with Ward was pleasant from the first contact all the way through project completion. They communicated with us every step of the way. There were no surprises…except how fairly we were treated. Nick and Bobby were respectful of us, our home, and our time. They found the plumbing leak quickly and gave advice on how to use another contractor for the insulation work to save us money. Who does that? Their integrity was stellar. Thank you for a job well done.

I am so grateful to the Ward staff. From the office staff to the Technicians all have shown professionalism, wisdom, and Integrity. for my project. Andrew has been so patient and an asset to my complex plumbing project and Ian has wisdom and genuine care for his project with my HVAC. The assistant technicians were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am proud to know that a “local” company have such integrity for their customers. Thank you!

Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air just completed an equipment change out for us. Their customer sales representative came to our home, discussed our needs in detail, completed a thorough analysis of our home, answered all of our question, and provided us with three excellent options for our consideration. After making our decision on the system we desired, an installation date was promptly set. The installation crew of Steven, George & PJ arrived on time, were very polite, professional, and did an excellent job removing the old equipment and installing a new, upgraded variable speed system. We highly recommend this company for your heating & air conditioning needs.
