The crew at Ward Construction did a wonderful job with the delivery and set up of our new home.  Thank you for your care and professionalism. We couldn't be happier with the service the team provided.

I had my house removed last week. Then this week the same crew delivered my new home. Corey and his crew was amazing.  They are very hard working guys. They started very early yesterday morning and was working well after dark to get my home completed. Everyone was very respectful to myself and family. I would like to thank each of them for doing a great job.

I happen to know the family from more than 30 years. The work they do is above and beyond the main stream norm. They treat their customers as though they were satisfying themselves. That's folks is called customer service which not the main stream is used to these days. Any and all of the work I myself was ivolved in, was to notch!

I am a retired veterans work off of a fixed income I called Ward construction to get a mobile home moved over three months ago so I get told I am put on the list for it to be moved after having to call every couple of days because they don't tell you where you are on the list or if they can even move it. Finally I get somebody on the phone and he tells me he has the invoice and we'll be looking at the trailer tomorrow so he goes ahead and looks at the trailer but I never hear any response on whether they can or can't move it, so I called the office first thing in the morning the next day and I am told that Bobby the manager is supposed to come to my property to see where he will be setting the trailer down. I explained to him at about 10 a.m. the problems I have had with communication with this business and who pretty much wrote them off. So I waited anyways from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. with no phone call no text no nothing, I tried to call Bobby and he didn't answer when I called the office they said they haven't heard from him all day and he should have already been by my house. After calling from my wife's phone to Bobby he answers and the first thing out of his mouth is how he is headed home and won't be out until tomorrow (sunday) I have taken all of my day Saturday to wait on him and then he tells me he won't be back out until tomorrow. So I explained that I am a disabled veteran and it is very important to get back in touch with me if anything comes up or goes wrong or anything for that matter, he claims he called myself and my wife and when he repeated the phone number he had the wrong number for me, and my wifes phone never missed a call. So I try to get him to understand it from my point of view in hopes Maybe I can pay his gas and he can come back to look at it and instead he says "just get someone else im not dealing with this" all this said I would like to forewarn anybody that tries to get anything done with this company to be Leery and make sure that they hold up their end when it comes to a timeline or even doing the job for that matter.

I think, This is the most unprofessional construction company I have ever seen in my entire life! I think, If osha was to inspect this company they would be shut down! I think, if the drug task force was to follow this crew and search them they would be busted for drugs! I think they are Shady people, Lousy workers you can not trust! I will find a more respectable company to deal with in the future!
