Meh.. hired to wire and hang a ceiling fan, took 3 hours to complete, the "help" that the owner brought with him was far more knowledgeable than him. Owner brought his 2 grandchildren along for the job (estimated ages between 8/12) which was very unprofessional. They didn't help, (more like he was babysitting). In the princess he (the owner) drilled 2 holes in error in both my wall and hardwood floor which he attempted to cover up, poorly. He offered $40 off his already overpriced service due to the "mishaps". They did get the job done, yes... But they caused more damage in the process that I feel like a more professional and better equipped/planned outfit wouldn't have caused. I literally just wanted them out of my house at that point. Would not recommend.

One star is a serious stretch for me. The ONLY reason they are rated that high is because the guys who actually came out were great (and I can't leave a zero star review). And please note that this review is in no way reflective of the people who actually came to my house. If I can find their names, I'd hire them to do side jobs in a heartbeat. However, the company price gouges like nobody I've ever seen before. They strangely don't give you a bill when the job is done - it ends up being mailed to you about a week later. I was beyond floored when I opened the bill! The installation cost more than my brand new dishwasher did! They charged $48 per hour for a 2.5 hour job, PLUS another $48 for coming to my house. They also charged $38 for freaking teflon tape, screws, and wire nuts! Do you know how many rolls of teflon tape I can buy from Lowe's for $38?! And I should note here that I supplied the major parts that were needed, which I bought when I got the dishwasher (and that is noted on the bill). I can only imagine what the cost would have been had I not purchased the major parts on my own. I had a brand new heat pump (outside and inside components) installed earlier this year, and it was actually less than the cost of the dishwasher installation. What these people charge is absolutely pathetic. Do yourself a favor, and skip hiring this company. You'll need to sell off a kidney in order to be able to afford the work they do. You're better off calling Lowe's and having them subcontract it out to someone.

I've paid this company almost 2500.00 and my ac unit STILL does not work! I've called him SEVERAL times to arrange for him to come back and look at it but to no avail. This morning, he HUNG UP on me and wouldn't take any further calls. Now I wasn't being rude, nasty or disrespectful, I simply stated the facts that I've paid him already and his work was sub par and I shouldn't have to pay a 55.00 service fee for him to correct HIS mistakes. DO NOT use this company, his prices are exorbitant and work substandard!!! I'd give it 0 stars if I could!
