  Had a clogged drain. Also turned out to need the flange and a section of pipe replaced. Bill scheduled a time for the next day, but got caught up on the job before and let me know he was behind. I don't mind that, while I wanted my plumbing working, I think it's a good sign when you have someone who will work until the job is done without trying to spin a quick fix and be off to the next job. Bill arrived, did a quick assessment and got to work. Stated the estimated price before starting. Was very professional and just did the work without complaint. (We have a narrow crawl in our home, and most tradesman tell us they won't go in there.) Drain opened, pipe replaced, flange replaced. This is the first plumber I've used that I would actually call again when I need one. Pricing was fair.

  Professional, prompt, and efficient. Replaced both of our spigots with frost free ones and when our hot water heater cracked, he was out within an hour of our call. Let's you know cost up front. He took the old water heater and scrap with him. Stands by his work too. Very grateful for his help.

  Our realtor referred us to Walton Plumbing when we were trying to sell our house. Mike showed up to fix our toilet, he arrived early, he was extremely informative, professional and friendly. He explained everything in a way any person outside of the plumbing world could understand. Probably the most honest person I've met in that field of work. He was straight forward about the prices which I felt were extremely reasonable. Mike is definitely an asset to this company.
