I have shopped this Walmart many, many, many times without any problems. Usually, I find what I was looking for plus some. The employees have been helpful when I've interacted with them. This location is much better than most Walmarts. I'm sure I'll be back again soon.

Things seem to be out of place. The store felt backward. Produce department was very small. Missing lots of items off the shelves. Staff was friendly and bathrooms seemed recently cleaned.

The staff member in the photo, Korina was very helpful in finding things that seem to be out of their normal locations. Just very deliteful and knowledgeable.  A real gem for Walmart.

Don't I mean don't order pick up groceries. Mine are delayed every time. once they are ready you will wait a good hr to get them to bring them out. Mgt doesn't care neither do the employees working that area. Phone calls go straight to a VM and customer service doesn't care. I even tried delivery thinking it would be easier and nope. I get it every one is short handed but no common sense or courtesy to say I'm sorry it will be longer. They leave you waiting and forget your there. Do yourself a favor just shop at United or Market street. Nicer people and better customer service.  Quality is better there as well.

As far as pricing and asking for help I can say that the Walmart on south loop 289 has been really good. I had a question about a product in electronics and the young man was really informative and helpful. Another trip I made was to get a watch I saw online and the one at the store was a little higher priced but the manager or young man I spoke with about it was helpful and made the price right. I really gotta say that I didn't expect to get good help there but I did. Nice job to the people at the Walmart on South loop 289.

Very clean and nice personal.  Clothing, electronics, food merchandise was all there.  I liked that it had many hygiene items were there.  I would had given this a five star, but the cashiers lines were long.  Had to wait 15 minutes before I could be checked out.  I felt bad for those people behind me.  I wished the store will upper temperature.  Very cold throughout store.

Got a delivery and faith left half of my food downstairs she didn't even bother to bring the rest up. I tried to call during normal business hours and no one picked up delivery is trash and I tipped cash app will definitely be getting a report from me I promise I'll get my money back y'all are terrible

Produce stocked fresh fruit and vegetables  with great selection. Meat department well stocked with coolers full especially the sale items with no clutter and easily accessible for all customers even handicapped. Food isles well stocked with employees asking if needed help, overall willingness to make sure able to locate everything needed. Great Grocery shopping experience.

I went to their automotive department for a flat repair. The tire was leaking pretty good when I went inside. The cashier was helping another customer with battery replacement and I waited in line for about 15 minutes or so before he could check me in. When the tire guy went out to pull my vehicle into the shop, he drove it in completely flat and ruined my tire. He had 2 visible air tanks in the shop that he could have used before driving in the shop and why he didn't is beyond me. Well then they tell me they'd be happy to sell me a new tire since they damaged my other one. Then after checking the inventory they let me know that they don't have any tires my size. Great now I'm stranded because of their incompetence. Fortunately I had a not so great spare that they put on that barely made it home. But would would have happened to me if I didn't have a spare? They didn't even put my hub cap back on. Now I'm stuck with a car that I can't drive until Monday when I have to buy another tire that I would have never needed if I had just gone to a competent shop. I really believe it had to be everyone's 1st day, they couldn't even figure out how to open the trunk of my car.

Alex Brito is always super friendly and a pleasure to speak to when you are lucky enough to receive her assistance. Make Walmart 24hrs again so I can act like I broke the self checkout and make her fix it. 🤷🏼‍♂️😂

Really? Honestly? Slapping a new coat of paint doesn't make it better, it still looks like it's run down, especially the parking lot.  The employees were great though
