Lubbock supercenter (marsha sharp)’s customer service is worst customer service ever. They even didn’t talk properly to the customers. I had an issue with my mattress, i talked to Walmart customer service email and tried to show the email the people at the store customer service, simply they didn’t care, they even didn’t look at the email. A lady was there who has curly hair. She was so arrogant

I was surprised to see that this Walmart was nearly identical to the Walmarts that I have gone to where I live in Texas. It was interesting to see the small differences, like produce and meat.  One negative thing I noticed was that more than once Walmart employees seem to be blocking the isles doing nothing which made it difficult for shoppers to maneuver around. At one point a Walmart employee put his hand up to wave someone ahead. Strange.

Was told by several employees there are never any working riding carts. Was totally ignored when I mentioned that all of the push carts needed maintenance. And they were all covered in bird feces. Basically roll their eyes when I said it. Had one employee tell a customer nearby that she doesn't put her real name on her name tag so she can be as ugly as she wants and no one can report her by her real name. I don't believe they ever have anybody who answers the phone that that store. Unless you're crawling the pharmacy. If you're trying to get your shopping done you feel like you're in the way of all the employees as they nearly run you over and make you feel like you're in the way.
Aside from that, the shelves are as full as they can possibly be in these days. Half the time I have trouble using my over-the-counter insurance card to cover things that should be covered. The store could use some serious oversight, and friendlier staff.

I try to avoid this place at all costs. If you do go, go during the day. Try to avoid it at night. A buddy of mine was literally attacked by a hobo for over his wallet here a few years back. The lines are always super long and the place is always crowded. The crowd, aside from some college students, are usually super sketchy and shady. Employees are often rude and unhelpful. It’s not uncommon to see kids racing around and nearly hitting people with shopping carts and the parents are not watching their kids properly. There’s a ton of homeless hanging out in the parking lot. Some of them are chill and keep to themselves, some of them are not. A small group of them tried to lure my girlfriend into their vehicle at one point claiming something was wrong with it, I was walking a few steps behind her and they left when they saw me. Another time my female friend was there alone and had just finished a grocery run and gotten in the car, a guy ran up and started going for her door yelling that he needed to get in. Fortunately she locked her door in time, but barely in time, and was able to drive away. I shudder to think what would have happened if she had reacted any slower. If you do come to this location, I would keep your doors locked and pay attention to your surroundings, this is certainly not a good environment for the college students, it’s more for the shadier groups of locals. The surrounding area is also known to be unsafe.

Very clean.  Gave it 4 star due to having two regs. opened.  Was lucky we were able to get the express reg.  A woman behind me had a basket filled behind me.  I informed her that this was an express area.  She stated, the other was full with people.  The place was very clean.  Staff were friendly when approached for information.  Parking area was clean.  Food I was looking for was here.  Houseware looking for was also here.

Yesterday someone hacked my online account and charged a extreme amount of money to my card and I just wanted to say
San Juanita I believe that was her name well she was VERY helpful and spent a good amount of time trying to get my money back to me the whole situation was frustrating but she was very kind and understanding and helped us as best as she could Walmart associates get a bad name and I wish there were more like her who go above and beyond for her customers! Thank you so much!

I liked this store. Got along with all the employees working the front of the store. Kept getting bullied by one of the team leads during my shifts. It happened several times and I brought it up to personell on 3 separate occasions. Nothing was ever done about it, I had to quit.

It holiday season and I know people can be irritating during normal times. But if your phone person can't sound interested in your customer for 5 seconds to put the customer on hold you have the wrong person working for you. I went to pick up an order. Called the number for pickup. It wasn't working. I called the main number got attitude from the person answering. Like I interrupted them.just to be put on hold for 15 minutes and hung up on. The cart guy had to log me in. I've been in retail and everyone has bad days. But seriously every work place has that annoying always happy person. Put them on phone duty.

Fun to be visiting, but can't find isles, because they aren't posted at the end in big letters and numbers. I hope that changes soon. I've never been in a Walmart that big. So cool.

I like going to wal mart but i forgot they are not open 24 hrs anymore. I got there and 5 minutes later i heard the announcement for us to get our selections that they would be closing soon.  I was looking for some black ties and men's black blazer, my son asked a worker if they had any and he rudely responded that they didn't carry any. I swear wal mart is getty worse by the minute. So we left every thing behind and left.
