  As always, fair, honest & 1st rate service from Wallin. They replaced our furnace & AC today, within 4 hours. For heating/AC & plumbing we only deal with them. Since it took a few days to get an open appointment, they kindly brought down three space heaters, set one up in the basement & two in the house, which kept it comfortable in our house. Our house is nice & warm now. Wallin rocks! Highly recommended!

  Scheduled service a week in advance to meet my calendar, no worries as they showed up when scheduled. Technicians we courteous and professional. They explained service details and options thoroughly. Will ask back for next service.

  Deceptive, Disorganized and unprofessional 15 minutes late getting here. Said he was unable to touch my electrical box to the hot water heater that they just installed. I should have been told that before agreeing to have them over. So not hot water for me. To and insult to injury, made two trips back to the shop and left the old hot water heater behind along with some of his tools after he left my house. The guy was friendly worked hard and preformed all the other task as expected. Wallin dropped the ball on me three times so I strongly advise you to stay away from the Shenandoah location.
