  On RAGBRAI they were one of the only shops willing to help us out when we were having bus issues and we tried many other places. We were in route and broke down about 15 miles out. They sent one of their guys to us after close who helped us limp into town and they started working on it first thing the next morning. Not only did the fix the current issue but in the process of trouble shooting fixed something else and our bus runs better than it ever did before and had us back on the road before noon.

  These guys really pulled through when we needed emergency repairs. They also went above and beyond for us.
