  Waldorf Plumbing was assigned as the contractor by our home warranty company. They came out to inspect the issue and assured us they would submit the diagnosis to the warranty company that afternoon. It has now been almost 2 months since their initial visit and still nothing is in the system and we still have not been able to get our issue corrected. I have not been able to reach them on the phone nor have they returned our calls. The home warranty company also cannot get them to answer the phone. If you use a warranty company and have this company assigned, I highly recommend you contact the warranty company and demand a different contractor. If you are hiring on your own, I absolutely recommend you look elsewhere. This company should be put out of business.

  These people are not in the business of plumbing, they're in the busiiness of scamming. The Most unprofessional company you will ever get. Do yourself the favor of calling someone else immediately before you call them. If your home warranty assigns them, ask for a change in contractor before they even come out, this is how they defraud so many people. They close the service orders before they ever even come to your house!

  This was one of the WORST home repair experiences I have ever had. Waldorf plumbing lied and told the home warranty company that they repaired my leaking faucet when all they did was look at it. Were supposed to come back with a new cartridge, but never did. I left messages for almost 12 days straight with no call back. They would not even respond to messages from the home warranty service that contracted them. When I finally did get someone on the phone, the lady was nasty, rude, and did not attempt to solve the problem. Don't waste your time or your money! They got the money, but my faucet was never repaired!!
