  My heating system broke in March. I called Whiteley’s. They diagnosed that my 29 year old unit needed replacement. We decided if we had to replace the heater…we might as well upgrade to central air as well. They gave us a quote. Something like this is not cheap. Sure I could have shopped around but the quality service and professionalism of the crew was worth a little more money. Besides the quote was very reasonable. The communication was excellent. They were on time and they got us in before the hot summer heat. The day of install went very smooth. The crew shows up with each having their job to do. I felt very comfortable leaving the workers with free range of my home. Polite & friendly is an understatement. By 3pm we had our new system up & running. THANK YOU WHITELEYS!

  Wait 20 minutes for answering service in order to put my name on a list to be called by office personnel. Explain problem. Told I will receive a return call because ‘they’ are in a meeting. Wait 3/4 days without return contact. I call office again and am told I am on their schedule for later that day. It’s Friday late afternoon. Service person says there is a leak but he can’t fix it. He’ll put our name on a list to have someone come out. Following Wednesday I receive a call that service person is coming. This second person tells us he is not there to fix the leak. He is only adding refrigerant boost so AC will work. He puts our name on a list to have ANOTHER service person come to look for the leak. We are without AC for 3 weeks now. The boost lasted for less than 24 hours. Waited for 18 minutes to speak to answering service to get my name on another list to get AC fixed. Never been treated with such incompetence and disrespect. I have a house full of children and no relief in sight.

  There were nine people in and out of the house as we had just medevacked my very ill cousin home from LA. The heat went off. Whitely was there to assess within two hours of a phone call and found carbon monoxide leaking among other things. A new furnace had to be installed. We spent that Friday night in a cold house except for the fireplace which was powerful enough to keep my sick cousin warm. Whitely was at the house at 8:00 the next morning and by noon we had heat. I cannot imagine more excellent service. Highest recommendations!
