  I was doing some repair work and got in over my head. Long story short: the water supply valve to my new toilet gave way and I had to turn off the water supply to my upstairs bathroom. I literally spent four hours trying to fix the problem,. My wife was not happy. I called Scott (the owner) and he literally dropped everything and came out to my house. This was 6:30 at night with a major snow storm coming in. Scott was at my house within 20 minutes of my call and in less than half an hour he had the problem fixed with a new pipe and valve. He was courteous and answered all of my questions. Cost me $200, but totally worth it. Happy wife. Happy life.

  Scott went out of his way to accommodate my work hours. The work was top notch. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand, was prompt, and the price was very, very reasonable. I am so happy to have found W C Converse Plumbing. I can't imagine ever calling anyone else for my plumbing or heating needs! I highly recommend this company.

  I trust WC Converse for all of my Plumbing and Heating needs. I own several rental properties as well as my home all on the west side of Rochester. Scott always makes himself available on short notice to keep the houses comfortable and the water flowing (and draining). I would and have recommended him to my friends and family. We all need to be able to say “I have a Guy for that!” and when it comes to heating, air conditioning or plumbing Scott at WC Converse is my Guy.
