  Rich was a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He came out and checked the old furnace, tried to help us get it running, but had to recommend what I really knew anyway, it was time for a new one. We set a time for him to come back and he sent us bids for several options. We picked what we felt were the best options and Rich showed up on time and completed the job in a most professional manner. Neat, clean, honest, polite are a few appropriate adjectives to describe Rich. I highly recommend him for all your heating, cooling, hot water and plumbing needs.

  I bought a fixer-upper that hadn't been lived in for a few years in early November. I needed to move in by December 1 and there were major heating and plumbing issues. The previous owner had let all the interior piping freeze and burst. The furnace was rusted out and would not start. I called most heating and plumbing companies in the area for estimates. The other companies in the area either postponed the estimate or didn't call me back. Rich with VPH came out the next day. He immediately impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge, and experience. He toured the house with me and suggested different options as we walked around. He explained what he thought would be the best course of action, explained why, and then asked my opinion. I decided I wanted him to work on my house within 10 minutes of meeting him. It was obvious that he was honest, knew what needed to be done, and would get the job done in the time frame provided. He sent me a very reasonable estimate that night, and I hired him a couple days later. He started work the next week. He was at my place for six straight days. He completed everything he told me he would with plenty of time to spare for me to move in before December. He completely re did my plumbing and fixtures. He used all PEX piping and it works and looks great! He also installed a new high efficiency water heater and furnace. It's been a few weeks and everything works perfect. Rich even called to follow up and make sure there were no issues the next week. Rich at VPH has been working in the area for the last 16 years and the experience shows. I feel fortunate that I found someone who was honest and didn't take short cuts. He did everything the right way, even though it took a little more time. He even called to give me updates throughout the job and gave me pointers on how to maintain my new equipment after he finished the job. VPH offers the total package. I would hire VPH again for any job in the area, and I have recommend this company to all my friends, family, and co workers. Rich at VPH is the best in the area!

  Rich is phenomenal to work with. He spent a lot of time walking me through heating system options and which would work best for our home. He was meticulous about installing everything correctly and showed up when he said he would. Rich is always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend VPH to anybody looking to get great service with an honest business owner!!
