  a day ago Very disappointed in the services that we received from virtual plumbing. After the services we received our shower head was leaking and the other components were not sealed properly. The person they sent out could not explain the pricing and the price they quoted was not even close to what was billed. After the service, I received a call from Tiffany Hughes, who is also someone who has rated the company as a five out of five stars. She gave me poor customer service and would not work with me on my issues. She hung up on me and is not calling me back. This is very unprofessional and I do not recommend you using this company. Same company as Virtual Plumbing, Inc.

  They came out for three days to get my pipes to unfreeze. Not only did they suffer in the freezing cold, they were incredibly kind. Once the pipes defrosted and we found a leak, they were out immediately to fix them. I'll always recommend Virtual plumbing!! Thank you so much for all you do and for coming to the rescue.
