  EDITED: After getting in touch with me after my initial review, Alex let me know there was an issue with me getting rescheduled. He was able to find the right filter and handle I needed for my Stanadyne/old off brand Moen cartridge rather than having to tear down my bathroom wall and replace the valve. It works great they offer warranty for the service they do. They did a good job but if you are looking to get normal service done like I did, be aware that they mostly do emergency services so their availability will vary.

  Hello, and I do apologize for the inconvenience. We have been working hard to get to everyone we get as a customer. It has been hard to get to some of the jobs lately with some of the workers here have gotten sick. This has put us behind on the jobs that have been scheduled ahead of time.   Viper Drain Cleaning was the correct phone call to make for our plumbing issues! When they were not going to be able to make our scheduled time, I received a phone call to alert me of the situation. When Alex arrived, he assessed the situation, figured out what the problem was, and efficiently and professionally fixed the issue all the while explaining what was happening and what he was doing. I will definitely be using Viper for all our plumbing issues in the future.
