  Bill Novak is an honest and reliable contractor who will do his very best to serve your needs. After our house fire, we needed a whole new heating and cooling system. Bill walked us through the many options, and did a great installation. He has been courteous regarding questions and user errors and is prompt for repairs. He has taken the time to patiently explain how things work in a way that makes sense. Last, but not least, he has introduced us to exciting new products like a reasonably priced basement dehumidifing system that we can't wait to install. I can truly say that I trust and highly recommend his company. Teresa Brockett

  Vintage Heating installed the heating and cooling in my new construction. They did an excellent job. Any time I have had a question or needed something their followup has been excellent including answering the phone after hours (about 9pm). No one does that anymore- but Bill does! I highly recommend them.

  I have had Bill service our furnace over the years. I can't remember a time that I called him and he wasn't there that day and quickly resolved our issues. Today was another one of those days. I called early in the morning and he was he before noon and as always he left us with a repaired furnace. If you need "the guy" because you are in a jam, then Bill is "the guy" for you.
