  Called Vienna Plumbing and Bill came out the next day for an inspection. Had a quote ready for me the next day and completed the work two days later. It was a non emergency repair, Or I’m sure he would have completed it sooner. Great group of guys. Cleaned up and left our home in great condition… very pleased 😀

  Today was the fifth time utilizing Vienna Plumbing Repair. I have never had to use them for an emergency repair, so I can't cover that area of rating. On two occasions they installed a new toilet, one occasion they installed a new dish washer and kitchen faucet, one occasion solved two slow leaks, and today unclogged the the sink in our downstairs powder room. With exception to the kitchen, this awesome group worked for an hour or less. I call them, described my problem, and let them know it's not an emergency. They have never left me hanging and usually call me the day before they can work and never more than a week waiting. They are polite and professional. They clean their mess, and wipe their feet entering the house. These are a few reasons I keep asking for their service.

  I discovered this company on MOV What's Happening Facebook Group. Many people reccomended them. To speed up where I am at I just hired another company and they fixed the issue in one day and with a better price. Jumping back to Vienna Plumbing, when a worker arrived he spent an hour trying to plung the toilet and ended up taking the toilet out and looking to see if he could find the issue but said they need to get a camera but Parkersburg does it for free. Well the first time they came it cost 250$. Well, Parkersburg water does not do work for my area so they said for the camera is will be 300$ and I am sure they would of charged another 250-300$ to actually unclog the toilet. They also forgot about me being that they said on Friday (The 250$ day) they would get Parkersburg to come Monday but as time passed I called them Tuesday in which they rescheduled for Thursday but then stated on Thursday (today) that Parkersburg water can't do it. So I called another company and they did everything in one day the examination/plunging, the camera, and unclogging all for just 395$. I am sure Vienna Plumbing could of got it done in one day with just one payment but they dragged it out making you have to continue to pay them to continue their service. Do Better!
