  My experience with Victor Plumbing was receiving a bid for sewer line replacement over one year ago, with no honoring of the bid afterwards. I filed a service line insurance claim according to the bid and was paid by my insurance company minus deductible. For well over one year, I have been told “a hydraulic line is broken” on the excavator machine. In the meantime, I have had another stoppage which cost me additional money with no permanent repair. I have now found another plumbing company that is performing according to word. However, now due to increasing costs of materials and other factors the new bid is now nearly $3000 higher which I can no longer recoup from my insurance. Thus, I have to pay $3000 out of pocket because of Victor Plumbing’s inefficiencies and broken promises. Additionally, during another visit by this company to my home for a plugged toilet, the technician flushed the very full toilet bowl and overflowed it into the floor and into the ceiling downstairs damaging the drywall. DO NOT call this plumber if you want quality work.

  Incredible people great Workman we thought we just had a bad check valve turns out everything in the well had to be replaced. They got us water back on quick and they have an actual payment plan so we can actually afford to have water again. The younger gentleman in the office when he answered the phone floored me everybody else is cash up front. He told me that getting our water back on was more important as long as we made our payments.

  Very Easy to work with, They looked and listened too what we wanted, made some suggestions on how to set up fixtures in Master bath. Which made the design more open in a small area. Price was not bad as they did a whole master bathroom addition. Will be calling them again.
