  We noticed an issues with our hot water heater and within 48 hours it was unusable. Locating a replacement became problematic when popular places like Home Depot and Lowe’s did not have the tank we needed in stock and delivery would take a minimum of two weeks (not including booking for professional installation). Veteran’s was able to get us a new tank that met our needs and installed it within a week. Workers were professional and kind - they did a thorough job for a price that was affordable.

  On a Wednesday I found a gate valve to be leaking in the basement and determined it should be replaced. It was not an emergency and I figured it might take a few weeks to get someone to come out and repair it. I'm a fairly handy guy but it's a busy time of the year and I didn't want to deal with it so I called Veteran Plumbing Services. The team was able to come out 2 days later on a Friday. Kaleb and his co-worker were replaced 4 stop valves in total with ball valves and the job took less then an hour. Their pricing was reasonable and they did a nice job, didn't make a mess and cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to use them again for any plumbing that I don't want to deal with on my own. Thank you Kaleb -- I appreciate the quick turnaround on the repairs and really appreciate your straightforward and honest approach.
