  We contacted Bob last summer regarding our pool liner. He indicated that the liner would need replaced, but due to pandemic there weren’t any available. We reached out to him again late February early March and assured us he would install in spring and told us the type of liner to purchase. Liner has been purchased and waiting for install. After countless calls he said he had us down but continued to make excuses and stalled. Most recently, Bob assured us that he would install on Monday, May 17, the first rainy day of the week. So, we rushed to get the pool uncovered and drained to knee height as per his guidance. Monday came and passed, no one showed and no call. So again we called Bob. Tuesday we finally make contact. He says to call back at 9 and he will give us a day. Of course we called back at 9 and he assured us they would be there Wednesday, May 19. Wednesday afternoon at 3:15, still no installers. Bobs new excuse is they are on another job and out of service area but he will call back. Shocking! He didn’t call. We continued to call and text throughout the evening and first thing Thursday morning. No answer. No response. No installers. If Bob could not or did not want to install the liner then he needed to be honest so we could find someone else before May 20 when everyone is trying to open and install pools. Thanks, Bob. We have found someone to install on May 27th and the price is $350 less than no show Bob. Very disappointed. He took advantage of my 68 year old mother and strung her along for months. That’s not a person of integrity. I understand he has delay with person hardships and we are more than empathetic to that situation. All we asked is for honesty. Instead he has proven to be a habitual liar.

  I'm so thankful I found this business. We had a slow leak in our in-ground pool and couldn't troubleshoot it on our own becoming completely frustrated! After searching for pool repair near me, this business came up and it was the best call I could make. Bob is both professional and personal, plus he was extremely quick to respond. He has all of the latest and greatest equipment to check for leaks and will also back his work up for 90 days. Although it ended up being a simple repair, it was totally worth the $ to discover the issue plus the peace of mind knowing the rest of the pool was checked over. I can't recommend this business enough!
