  The customer service was beyond bad. I personally had to contact them after the initial visit when the problem of the gas leak repair was discovered. Thereafter , it was myself who made phone calls trying to set up a time. I was changing my schedule to accommodate the plumbers but no response from their scheduler via my phone calls. On the 8th day , including Saturday & Sunday the plumbers showed up. These plumbers did excellent work / polite. Two prominent individuals referred Vessels. What a disappointment when it comes to accommodating the customer

  Not thrilled with the office support. Dealing with the company for 2months and the issue was not fixed. The service men were awesome, very polite and willing to work overtime to resolve the problem. The office made them leave because they had to move on to the next appointment. When I called the office to ask if the guys could just finish the job, the manager said, "sorry, I have customers who don't have water, we will just send another team out to you tomorrow." As if my appointment was not a priority. The 3rd set of workers came out, capped some pipes and issue still isnt resolved. I paid the bill and ended my business relationship. Again, the service guys were AMAZING!! My isssue was solely with the office staff. Good luck.

  Vessels Plumbing came out to do the plumbing for a walk-in-shower where I had the tub removed. They arrived at 9:30am & walked into my home around 9:45am. I left to go & pickup the shower base at Lowe's apprx. 3 miles away. When I got back I saw their truck leaving at 10:40am & was told by my brother they were taking an early lunch because I had not gotten back yet. It would've been nice to have called me to see but they didn't. They came back at 12:33pm & got the base out of my vehicle. They were done at 3:30pm. The plumber told me I was to be charged for 6 hours but he was going to charge me for 5 hours. They charge on an hourly. There was a charge of a shower head & trim added to this charge which I was told they are giving me their discount. This was not an extravagant shower or trim $120.00. I know the employees were not around for 5 or 6 hours but that is what I was charged by them. They told me they would call me after they look at the GPS but I have yet to receive a call from them. My bill came to $1,145.05 including the shower head. $930.00 was for labor then one part $82.88. They charge hourly I was told but I know they were not at my place for 5 or 6 hours & I was told I do not pay for their lunch hour.
