Mark & his wife were extremely helpful and professional since our initial conversation via phone. Mark did an outstanding job fixing my water heater and replacing a toilet flange that was broken. I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Verity Plumbing.

I had a broken pipe in my sewer system and Mark was able to come right away on his off day and through great effort solved the problem. It took him 6 hours and that included finding an electrician to come out immediately to help with the original problem because my solar installer had broken my sewer pipe and did not tell me and left me with a mess. Mark was excellent and turned a huge problem into a total success. I feel I really owe him for his quick responsiveness and dedication to solve the problem. Needless to say, I will continue to use him for sure.

Another plumber had quoted us $5800 to jackhammer the slab in our bathroom downstairs and then run a camera to see how extensive the roots in the sewer line were. They wouldn't do the camera until we agreed to the $5800 and paid half up front. Fortunately, Verity came out that same evening. He ran the camera FIRST. Found all the lines clear except right under the toilet. He took off the problematic toilet, pulled out the root clog (about 2 feet long) and put the toilet back in. $165. He also told us how to keep roots from growing in the lines in the future. We couldn't be happier.
