  Our family has used Vaughn's numerous times throughout the last 10 years. From service work to new installation it has always been excellent! Great staff, excellent product and service. The very best in Southwest Wyoming.

  I couldn't of asked for better service at a unexpected price. They sre the only ones that answered their phone only ones to call back and then were here quickly and fixed my water heater. Definitely recommende will be using them again. Thank you thank you thank you!

  VERY DISAPPOINTED. So I called Vaughn's Plumbing and heating company. They Sent 2 tech's to fix it. They did a bunch of Testing, Re wired the Electrical box, told me it was wired wrong but that they had fixed it and it was temporarily ok until I could get an electrician, Charged $250.00, so I paid and called electrician, the electrician said I could leave it or change it, but it was to code. I opted to spend the money and the electrician re did it. Water heater still did not work so they sent another tech and told me i would not be charged for the work since I had already paid. The new tech changed both elements and did a very good job and made everything work fine. He was very upset that the other guys had not done this and said it would have been a simple fix. so I got the new bill ,was told I would only be charged for the 2 parts. they have not kept their word and charged me another $240.00 and now when trying to resolve they send me to an answering machine every time i get thru to them and promise they will call me back. Still waiting to resolve, they could call me and resolve this very easily if they are an honest company, STILL WAITING....The correct and fair thing would be to charge me for the parts, not drive or work time since it was already paid the first time.
