Had a unique installation needed to regulate the heat on my radiator. The owner took the time needed in advance to make sure that he could do the job and ask questions about the new device. He sent a crew that was creative and skilled to understand the project. Both the owner and the technicians had a deep understanding of radiators and heating and electrical devices. It was an installation that they had not done before but within minutes they completed it with confidence and with a high-quality result. The device immediately began to work and has worked without any interruption since installation. The price was very fair and the scheduling was easy. The technicians were compliant with all Covid requirements and we’re very professional and polite. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs

Vaughan Plumbing and Heating repaired my gas hot water heating system.   They were kind enough to come on the same day I needed service.   The plumbers were professional,   courteous and did a great job.   The office was very responsive.  The part I needed was ordered and an estimate provided.   The final cost was below the estimate!   Heat was back on within a day.   I highly recommend Vaughan Plumbing and Heating.

Highly recommend Vaughan Plumbing! They were punctual with their professionals arriving in the morning on time.  Took all safety measures with mask without having to ask, came in and completed the job of adding the new toilets very quickly.  When they left cleaned up everything and we had a perfectly new toilet.

Vaughn installed our new dishwasher. The plumber was efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained the process well and gave us additional information regarding the use and warranty. This is our second interaction with Vaughn Plumbing and both service calls were great. We would definitely recommend their services to others.

I had a leaking indirect water tank that was under warranty, but the original installer wanted a ridiculous amount to replace it so I called Greg.  I used him in the past and had a great experience so called him again.  He took care of dealing with the warranty and let me know when the new tank was available.  The next day he had his team over to replace it and was done in two hours.  I recommend Vaughan Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest plumber.

I couldn't say enough good things about this company. Greg (the owner) communicated with me promptly by text to provide a quote and was able to schedule us in the following morning. George and Sam arrived exactly on time - they were professional, knowledgeable, nice, and did quality work. They rerouted my water main in order to fit a new shutoff, PRV, and Moen Flo valve. The work was awesome - it looked amazing and it's working great. They helped bump up the pressure on the PRV from 50 to 60 psi for me as well. They even took the time to install a draw-off.
I will 100% be using these guys for any future plumbing needs. They are responsive, punctual, efficient, and their work looked awesome. They got it done quickly too - and I particularly appreciated how soon they were able to send someone out to do this work! Another place I called didn't even give me a quote for 7 days. These guys apparently know how to run a business, and know the long term value of customer relationship, craftsmanship, and quality services.
I also liked the email and txt updates regarding the appointments and invoice/receipt.
Really glad we found them! 10 stars.
