  Called and requested work to be done 4 months ago. One of the employees came to see what was needed the next day. A few weeks later I called and left a message as I had not heard back from them. Nothing. A few weeks after that I spoke to a person who said he would have the owner call me back. Nothing. Called again and spoke to the owner who said he would get back to me. Nothing. Spoke to the employee who first came in person to see what was up. He said they were very busy. Nothing. Left two additional messages in the past month. Nothing. I went to someone else. I feel that I gave them more than a fair shot. I even said if they didn’t want the work just to let me know. It’s sad that with the change in ownership the customer service has disappeared.

  They have awful communication with each other. I've been trying to get my pipes done and told they will call me back but never do. Last spring I called to get a hot water heater replaced. Got the run around. My bathroom toilet was leaking and couldn't get someone out to fix it. If you don't want the work just say it. Stop stringing people along.

  The gentleman came in right away and looked at the problem and immediately knew what to do. I was very grateful because my husband had just passed away
