  After 45 days of closing on our brand new construction home, the pipes busted in our yard creating 90,000 gallons of water wastage on the street and our yard. Vance plumbing came since our house is brand new and they were the one's who installed all the plumbing in the house and it is covered through the warranty. Two younger looking guys came in and fixed it and I recorded everything and they admit that it is Vance Plumbing and H & H's fault. I have over 30 minutes of videos of everything that went on and was said by the Vance Plumbing workers. They claim it has been leaking slowly since the install but the pipe completely busted overnight. Fast forward 45 days and I get a bill over $1400 for the spillage of the water. Mind you, our water bill for the past 4 years has never been over $30. Not only that but Vance Plumbing had the audacity to send us a billing invoice for $197 on top of the bill we received from Hoke County. I reached out to H & H home and they said they would settle this with Vance Plumbing. It is now over a month and several phone calls, and voice mails later, they still have not taken their responsibility of paying our once in a year reduced bill from $1400 plus to just $160 something. On Monday, a manager told my spouse that he was only going to pay $100. In the 4 short months we have lived at our brand new home, we have had to call Vance plumbing about 6 times for busted pipes they installed, faulty sink plumbing, water leaking out of the dishwasher, water hose thing came out from the side of the house (just in April 2020)and would not be put back together for me using the water on the side of the house for the first time to wash my hands, and the multiple times the toilets have clogged from day 1. We owned a brand new house before this one for four years and let me say, WE HAVE NEVER HAD TO USE OUR WARRANTY FOR THE PLUMBING FOR OUR OLD HOME EVER! Please do not use Vance Plumbing!!! We are waiting for them to honor their warranty and pay the bill of $167 for the past month. IT IS DUE TOMORROW APRIL 16, 2020. I have left several messages to these people over the past few days and not a peep. PLEASE DO NOT USE VANCE PLUMBING OF FAYETTEVILLE , YOU WILL REGRET IT! IF THEY DO NOT PAY OUR BILL WE INCURRED DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE, I WILL HAVE TO FILE A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM AND I HAVE ALL THE PROOF THROUGH THE VIDEOS OF THEM FIXING IT AND THE CONVERSATIONS WE HAVE RECORDED OF THEM SAYING THEY WERE GOING TO PAY IT THIS WEEK APRIL 13, 2020 AND ALL THE PICTURES OF THE LEAK AND CLOSE UP OF THE PIPE THAT BURST IN OUR YARD.

  Ellen T. with Vance Johnson Plumbing is heaven sent. Our water heater broke and thankfully the tank itself was under warranty. She scheduled someone as soon as possible. The gentleman who came out was very kind and was even nice to my dogs barking at him annoyingly. It's January and cold and with a new baby cold showers are no fun. So once again Thank you Vance Johnson Plumbing.

  This company is ridiculous. You would be better off fixing the problem yourself then calling Vance Johnson. For one, their contractors are both unprofessional and completely disrespectful (especially when you have an emergency and call on the weekend.) After the plumber, begrudgingly, showed up to take a look at my issue- he was completely disrespectful to me in my home. Their customer service is at an all time low, and I don't know about you, but if I have to pay for a plumber to come out, I, at the least, expect to be treated with respect and great customer service. A customer should feel like they are not being taken for their money, and Vance Johnson should be one of those companies showcased on the investigative news reports. There are a hundred other plumbing companies to use in the area, please save yourself the time and money and choose another plumber to work with.
