  Very disappointed. I called and said I needed a specific electrical part. The guy told me to bring in the current (broken) part in and they'd match it up to what they had. I brought it in, he spent a bunch of time looking at it, sold me the part and then, when I got back, turns out it was the wrong part (he forgot to check a crucial, and obvious, spec). No refunds, so I'm out $170. I think it was out of carelessness/negligence rather than malice, but still very disappointing.

  Artur (clerk behind the counter) was very helpful and informative. Showed him my problem, paid for the part needed and replaced the part myself. No plumber needed. Serve with a smile. Thank you Artur...saved me $$$.
