  This was a very very stressful week, as it is when you have no hot water. I tried a couple other places and was not impressed with the quotes or customer service. I was told to call valley. So I did. Not expecting much. First off, the free consult was a surprise I almost cried over. The communication I got from them was so nice. When they arrived they put on shoe covers and went right to work. Donnie explained EVERYTHING to me. We ended up having to replace the water heater. I was told previously by others that it would be a few days. When he said.. no we'll go pick it up and be back in 20 minutes.. I was shocked. The price was lower than others and he looked up coupons. Who does that??? They were quick and funny and kind. And cleaned up everything. He took time to explain what every noise I was going to hear was so I didn't freak out.. and tested it several times. I 10000% recommend this company. And if you get Donnie.. you are real lucky and in great hands.

  WOW!! I am so impressed with Wilson and Landon of Valley Plumbing! Absolute best plumbing repair experience I have ever had. They were super courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and solved our problem! We had an old manifold go bad and they hunted down a replacement, and expertly reinstalled every line carefully and relabeled everything. They even bought a new blade so none of the old piping would split. I had 27 lines to cut and hook back up! They wanted to be sure that things were done properly and triple checked the repair so there is no worry on my end. I will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone!!
