We have used this company many years for our church. This past year they did no maintenance on our boilers. When we had a problem with one boiler the tech that came never fixed it but actually caused more problems. Another tech had come 3 more times to fix what the 1st tech caused. The issue they were called on never was fixed. The bill was outrageous and we were charged for them to continue to create more issues with no fix of the actual issue. They were not very professional people to speak with. Will never recommend nor use again. Had service contract but was a waste of money. Customer beware!

I can not recommend this company to service residential low pressure hot water heating systems (radiators and baseboard heat) Both tech's that were dispatched to service our system were polite and professional; but when I pressed him because I disagreed with his recommended repairs, he went into sales mode and began discussing the benefits of replacing the hot water heating system w/ a mini split system. The second tech replaced the needed parts and supposedly bled the system of air; however, as soon as I came home from work and turned up the thermostat, on I could hear the air gurgling in the pipes and had to shut it down. I had to go to YouTube, watch a tutorial on how to properly bleed a low pressure system, then bled the system myself The bill was outrageous and was contested. I was ready to send them a bill for my work to redo their work, but they conceded and accepted my settlement.

I have been a residential customer since 2003. Annual hvac/boiler maintenance every year. They have been OK but the issues I have had always occurred after they have come out. How is it that the issues occur right after they leave? Just had my boiler bleeded of air. Is this not done during the maintenance? Seems like a basic thing for them to do. HVAC fan replaced right after the regular service. Again are the bigger ticket items occurring after they do the regular service.
