We needed a water heater replacement, where Billy from Valdel came within few hours of calling them to inspect the problem. Provided us with the best quote possible. I compared with multiple providers after that and happens the quote from Valdel is reasonable and best value for the same product in the market. For the install Billy and Steve did an amazing job of replacing the unit, very professional, courteous and were absolutely knowledgeable of what they were doing. I would recommend Valdel to others for their excellent service from calling the customer service to finishing the job and I'd do any other plumbing jobs with them again.

I have been using Valdel Plumbing for the past few years. From the original phone call, to the end of the outstanding work done by their technician Tim, the service has been fantastic. Our problems were handled promptly, professionally, and with great care. They are reasonably priced, and very nice to deal with. I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience as new customers. Jordan on the phone at 7:30 am was kind and helpful. Jason arrived an hour later and replaced our toilet in short order. Everything he needed was on his truck. He was kind, polite, and very skilled. He explained everything and cleaned up extremely well. We have his card and will ask for Jason again if we need a plumber in the future. Great company!
