  They cancelled their first visit due to weather (ok, not so bad). They never showed up for the rescheduled visit and left me sitting for three hours waiting on their “window.” No one called to let me know they weren’t coming or even call later to apologize for missing the appt. The weather was great on the rescheduled day and it was a day they chose, not something I had chosen that could have been an inconvenient time for them. Additionally, the phone rings and rings when you do try to call them. No one answers, weekend or week day.
