  We have used Mauk's for two different toilet repairs, one of which turned into a replacement. Both of the men who came were polite, did their work in a timely manner, fixed and installed perfectly, and cleaned up behind themselves. The bills were reasonable. I would definitely recommend Mauck's!

  Very displeased with this companies service. I got an estimate to get my Garbage disposal replaced and scheduled it for the following week with the time window of 10-10:30am. So it’s the day of the appt at 10:45am no one has shown up yet so I gave them a call. I was told the plumber got caught up in his first job of the day which is totally understandable- and that he’ll only be a little while longer. I waited until *1pm* then I called back- and again same story. (By the way whoever runs the phone here isn’t very polite- he offered no apology and no mention of rescheduling- like he assumed I set a full day aside for a 1-1/2hr long job.) By nearly 2pm I canceled. The fact that I had to call them to get updates on my appointment shows a lack of professionalism and disregard for my time. I’m not one to normally be passionate enough to leave reviews in general but this isn’t right. I had to shift a lot stuff this week to make it all work- so it’s disheartening. My husband and I are fairly new to the area so we’ve been on the hunt for reliable companies to use in our new home. This will not be one of them- very disappointing and I do not recommend.

  Stopped in here for the first time today and what a great experience! The gentleman we talked to was beyond helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.
