  I requested a mechanical certification from USA Mechanical as they were referred to me by a reputable contractor. The Certification was required for sale of my home in the City of Richfield. Don Winters answered my email personally and said it would be sorted. I waited a couple of weeks to hear back from him, and received nothing. I emailed him, and he said he would send the documents. That was in March of 2016. I received the certification from him May 11th after several emails and numerous calls. When I submitted the paperwork to the City of Richfield, they told me he was not certified to inspect furnaces in Richfield. Don assured me that this was merely a paperwork/filing issue to sort out with the City of Richfield. He promised to sort it out right away. He never did. I have since called several times only to leave voicemails, and have sent several emails. None were returned. I am scheduled to close on Wednesday, August 17th, and still do not have a certification because of Don Winters' refusal to file the required paperwork with the City of Richfield. I understand complying with every small government request is time consuming, but why would you take on the work, if you cannot meet the requirements of the job? Also, to note, the only other review on Google is a 5 star review from Don Winters, the owner. He had 5 months to file for a certification, and he was unable to do so. I will likely have to pay someone a fee for a second certification. Disappointed.

  who leaves a review for their own company??? what a tool. i was looking for a good vendor but after reading the only ACTUAL review i def wont be using this place.
