Long story short. I booked them through Home Depot when I bought a toilet. The technician didn’t come on time (9am-1pm), so I called the office. They told me to wait. Three hours later he still wasn’t here. Nobody contacted me to say why was going on. So, I called them again to reschedule, they didn’t even apologize and tried to make me to agree on the next appointment a week later - they wanted me to function for another week with a broken toilet. So I just canceled and found someone that was able to come the next day. The worst experience ever.
