I first met Tomi and his brother Pavel when they were sent by Lowe’s to install an island range hood. I was so impressed with the job they did, that USHR was the first place I called for an estimate when we needed our bathroom remodeled (and it was a total gut job) From start to finish Tomi did a great job he pays very close attention to detail and that means a lot. Our master bath is beautiful the only other way to describe it is in one word “perfection” I’ve never been happier with a home improvement or with the Quality and workmanship that we received from Tomi. We highly recommend USHR and will hire them for all our future home improvements. That was in April of 2020. We currently once again hired USHR for a laundry room remodel and I have to say another job expertly done. Tomi repositioned the plumbing for the washer and dryer added new plumbing for an added sink. He also installed the new cabinets and a custom backsplash. I am very pleased with my pretty new laundry room and I continue to highly recommend USHR.

Unfortunately, this company was the only one that Lowe's uses for plumbing installs. I purchased a vanity through Lowe's for measuring and install before Christmas and no one from US Home Renovation contacted me to set up a date to measure for the vanity and install. I contacted Lowe's and they attempted to contact US Home Renovation after the holidays and their company phone numbers were either out of service or no one answered the calls. Finally, after filing complaints through Lowe's and the Better Business Bureau, they finally call back and say that they had the wrong contact information for me, which was not the case. Lowe's has had my contact information for years and it has never changed. This has never happened with any other vendors before. US Home Renovation claimed that they have had the contact information on file for another Lowe's project in the past, which is false, because they have never had an issue contacting me on the other project. Very arrogant and condescending attitude and tone from the manager or owner of the US Home Renovation. Do not support this business!

It was time to replace the 1973 Dishwasher. For 4 years the hand washing had worked, but now with a busier lifestyle the signs were there. After purchasing from Lowes, when the plumber arrived I trusted him to the work, and went to sit in the living room. (I am not one to hover.) After some time, the dishwasher was installed, the paper work was signed and i went to admire the new dishwasher. I put the plug into the sink and began rinsing the stacked dishes as usual, to load into the beautiful brand new dishwasher. Wow, what a treat! And then... I let out the sink water... The water did not go down the drain as before, but instead went all over the cabinet under the sink and onto my kitchen floor. It was dirty, greasy and unsightly water and the worst part about it was that the extension cord for the dishwasher was sitting in the water. Everything was soaked under the cabinet. It was a complete mess and I had to get to work. Uuugggg.... My problem now was not the old dishwasher, instead it had turned into my kitchen sink. Here is a picture of what occurred during the install. Hopefully on Monday my husband and I will have a new dishwasher with the sink back to normal as it had once been. And the best part will be a clean kitchen again. With a talented plumber who cares about their customer, magic can happen. And I am open to this possibility. This review is not to discredit this company, but more to advise people to be attentive on how the job is getting done. There are usually signs from the beginning as to the expertise of the professional, and I did not follow these intuitive observations.
