  I'm extremely satisfied with the work! Craig was a great tech! Very professional and knowledgeable! He was persistent and diligent about making the pipes sound proof without having to go through walls or floors! Thanks a Million! Literally! In the grand scheme of things, that means a healthy system and a happy home!! It doesn't get any better than this! Urban Design has earned a customer for life and many referrals!! I'm truly grateful!

  We are very satisfied with Urban Design in solving our water heater issue. Robert was the tech and was helpful in every way. He was respectful, patient with our questions and very knowledgeable.   Warranty repair on my solar system. As soon as they got the part, they fixed the next day in the rain the tech fixed my system. They did a great job when they I stalled it 3 years ago and now the same service when they fixed it. Thank you Urban Solar.
