  I hired UP NORTH BUILDERS to build a maintenance building. I can’t say enough about these guys. They were very knowledgeable about all the products, and used quality materials. Dave took the time to clearly explain all of our options and was creative in finding alternative solutions that met our budget requirements. He treated us respectfully and was able to make sure our needs were met, without sacrificing the quality of the build. The crew was very professional and respectful. They have all the equipment to handle anything the job calls for.

  Great experience meeting Dave and his wife. Dave explained in detail very thoroughly the answers to my many questions for a proposed river building.

  Called 2 months ago for an estimate and never recieved a call back. That's just poor customer service.
