  Josh has been amazing! We called him the first time over the summer. He actually answers the phone, you get him personally on the line. The soonest he was able to get to me was the next morning so we made the appointment. He was on time, professional and had THE BEST customer service attitude. He fixed the problem and was on his way. We called him again this morning for what I felt was a major problem with our main line. I was anxious and nervous about the whole thing. He came over the same day, again was soo nice. He explained what he was doing , I got to see the camera . We had tree roots in our main pipe. He cleared it all up! He has a determination to fix the problem no matter how big or small. He does a thorough job and he does it with a smile. Josh is the guy we will recommend to everyone from here on out. He will be the one we call for all of our plumbing. Did I forget to mention He is also affordable. I cried from relief every time he has left my home. My pockets have not been robbed and my home has been in running order. He makes u feel like a friend he is helping out.

  I have a recurring, very tricky kitchen drain problem. Another contractor was not able to fix it. Josh made sure the job was done right and for a reasonable price. I would use him again.
